Kylie Jenner has put her striking concrete estate in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills neighborhood on the market for a whopping $48 million. A major shift noted in her luxury real estate portfolio following the completion of her newly built Hidden Hills mansion.
Property records show the reality TV star and beauty entrepreneur listed the seven bedroom residence on December 22nd. Jenner purchased the home in 2020 for $36.5 million initially reported by Mansion Global.
A move tied to Jenner’s Hidden Hills build
The listing comes after years of planning and construction elsewhere. In the same year she acquired the Holmby Hills property and also purchased “an empty lot near Calabasas” for $14.5 million. She went on to build an 18,000-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills stated Realtor.com. Sources told the publication that the newly completed property includes a guesthouse and a 12-car garage.
Construction finished last month and Jenner appears to be consolidating her holding to part ways with the Holmby Hills home that served as one of her most recognizable residences.
