Brown Harris Stevens (BHS) has officially welcomed luxury real estate agent Dan McCamblau to their Westport, CT, office, signaling steady growth for the firm as they expand their presence in Fairfield County.
“Dan is exactly the kind of advisor today’s clients are seeking. His background in finance and tech, combined with his proven real estate performance and deep community roots, makes him a powerful addition to our Westport office,” said Christopher Halstead, Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director of Sales at Brown Harris Stevens. “We’re excited to support his continued growth and success.”

Prior to BHS
McCamblau boasts an impressive resume, recently earning the title of “Best Realtor” in Westport by Westport Lifestyle Magazine and a storied career in the corporate and finance space. During his time with the major companies Amazon and Peloton, the now luxury agent held various leadership positions working closely with C-suite executives on corporate strategy and long-range planning.
As a Duke alum, McCamblau has continued to serve the prestigious university, serving as a board member on the Duke Alumni Board of Directors. He is also co-chair of both the Duke LGBTQ+ Board and the Duke Jewish Alumni Board.
Before turning his attention to residential real estate, McCamblau previously worked in real estate investment banking as an equity research analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
A promising future
Despite beginning his early aughts with Coldwell Banker, McCamblau has expressed excitement and promise for his future with BHS.
“Brown Harris Stevens represents everything I value in a brokerage: integrity, strategic thinking, and a long-term commitment to both clients and community,” said McCamblau. “As a firm that is privately held and deeply relationship-driven, BHS provides the ideal platform for me to serve Westport, New Canaan, and greater Fairfield County communities.”
