Warm summer sun, cool beach breezes and high end skyrises towering above pillow soft sands are the main forces driving buyers to consistently head to Palm Beach, Florida. Here are some of the highest anticipated luxury condos being developed in the coming years in south Florida.
Maison D’Or
Translating to “House of Gold,” Perko Development Partners and Kolter Urban partnered to develop the upcoming Maison D’Or Luxury tower in the West Palm Area, with units starting at $5.7 million.
10Design penned the architecture with two-to-four-bedroom units on floors four to 14-and-four-bedroom residences on level 15 to 17. The tower is famously topped with two lower penthouses each with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a powder room.
Hirsh Bedner Associates took charge on the interiors taking inspiration from Regency and Mediterranean styles to compliment the sunny Florida views.
Additional amenities take on a more tropical color palette including a shared cocktail bar called the Green Room, movie theatre, a private dining room with a catering kitchen, as well as a wine storage and tasting room.
123 Ocean
If you’re looking for a beachside paradise condo then look no further than 123 Ocean Project on Palm Beach Shores.
Arquitectonia is responsible for the development’s design with 27 one-to-three-bedroom units ranging between $1.7 million to $8 million. Included will be an owner’s lounge, doorman and beach attendant. Being located with three-side water access and in a devoted old-Florida town, the building does come with a catch of having to comply with the area’s six story height restriction meaning it could be a deal breaker for buyers that have their eyes on high rises.
The Berkeley Palm Beach
If a luxurious high rise is still a must-have, then The Berkeley Palm Beach will fit that need. Developed by Al Adelson and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, the building will sit at 550 Australian Avenue and is expected to open in 2028.
Towering at 25 stories, the building will hold 193 residences including two-to-five-bedroom units and four penthouses. Each unit will have a light filled, flowing and expansive design by Bernando-Fort Brescia. Additional amenities include a resort style pool deck, wellness and fitness center, golf simulator, private dining and concierge services such as UPLIN Health’s In-Home Health Services.
Palm Beach continues to be the go-to place for high earning individuals seeking a luxurious lifestyle and continues to deliver with its upcoming projects. Whether it’s for a world class service high rise, or humble condo that’ll give that “old-Florida” feel, Palm Beach has a bright future for buyers.
