Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, Kylie Jenner, has recently listed her $20.3 million Hidden Hills mansion just three months after listing her $48 million villa in Holmby Hills..
The youngest out of the Kardashians and who is currently in a relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet, purchased the 13,200-square-foot massive Hidden Hills mansion for $12.05 million in late 2016 at just 19 years old.
Back in December , she listed the Holmby Hills mansion for $48 million .
Inside the mansion
According to broker and TV reality star Josh Altman, “Jenner has carried out extensive renovations to her Hidden Hills starter home, which is now “designed for both everyday living and grand-scale entertaining.”
Altman also described that the residence was designed for scenic indoor and outdoor living, featuring an expansive floor plan.
The Hidden Hills home features an abundance room for a Kardashian-Jenner-sized brood, along with eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, including a guest suite with a private entrance, kitchenette, sitting area, and courtyard.
Inside the primary suite, it is completed with its own private sitting area, featuring two extensive walk-in closets, a remarkable en suite bathroom featuring a massive stone soaking tub, and a balcony overlooking the surrounding scenic area.
The property is designed to host guests, which includes an enormous chef’s kitchen that has two islands “flowing into a dramatic great room with walls of disappearing glass” that open it up to the scenic grounds.”
The home also features a home theater, a wet bar, a massage room, a gym, a game room, and an appealing office with a fireplace.
Additionally, the mansion sits on a 1.4-acre parcel that consists of a glittering pool and spa, a gigantic patio, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit area.

A new era
But, Jenner isn’t done with the Hidden Hills neighborhood just yet–where the majority of her family lives.. In 2020, She purchased an enormous plot nearby for $15 million, where she spent more than five years building her dream home.
According to the development proposals, Jenner has designated the parcel to provide an expansive 18,000-square-foot property, offering her additional privacy, and more room for guests to enjoy.
Among the newly designed home, it features a 12-car garage, along with a guest house, a sports court, a massive swimming pool, and a security office.
As of June 2025, images of the home were shared online revealing that the work on the home is almost complete, hinting that Kylie might have been preparing to move into her home full time.
In January, the reality star took her fans on a tour on social media, showing the home was almost complete. The home featured stunning designs and breath-taking details that have been added, featuring a stone exterior with repurposed wood floors.
One month before that tour was shared to social media, Jenner put her $48 million Holmby Hills megamansion on the market, where she may have been residing as her customized property is currently being worked on.

The home features 15,320-square-feet of living space, including seven bedrooms, and 9.5 bathrooms. Before entering the home, guests are welcomed by 12-foot tall gates to assure security and privacy.
Jenner’s dream home
The property was originally designed for “monumental entertainment and to be similar to a peaceful retreat.”
The interior is completed with a cozy fireplace, a vast view of the backyard that features a resort-style pool. The chef’s kitchen features a marble island, with expansive cabinets, including modern appliances.
The dining area is surrounded by all-white walls finished with a distinguished chandelier.
In the entertainment area, it features a second bar and a pool table, a game room, and a home theatre, making it a perfect place where guests can be entertained.
Additionally, the home also features a chic bar, a large gym, a pool cabana, an outdoor projector screen, and a sports court.
