Elite International Realty has officially opened its new corporate headquarters in Aventura marking a milestone for the long-standing South Florida brokerage. The firm is known for its luxury residential and commercial real estate services. 20764 W Dixie Highway will be the new headquarters for more than 80 agents and support professionals.
The Aventura headquarters will serve as the company’s central site as it continues to grow its presence across the region. Elite International Realty currently operates across Florida’s cities in Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers and Naples. Since its founding in 1994, the brokerage has paved its path of a strong reputation in the competitive luxury market of South Florida, closing more than $6 billion in sales over three decades.
