AI Agents Sofie and Rosie Debut With United Real Estate’s Bullseye AI Platform

AI real estate agents are now available through BullseyeAI, a company recently launched by United Real Estate. The program will reduce workload and free up time for activities outside the office. Users have access to voice-to-text task execution, a conversational assistant and AI agents.

“BullseyeAI gives our agents a durable advantage without additional cost,” Dan Duffy, United Real Estate Group’s CEO, said in a statement. “It is fast to evolve as AI advances and is intentionally designed to support the human side of the business. The expectation is that agents will spend less time tied to a desk or on low-value tasks.

The AI agents behind BullseyeAI

“Sofie” is United’s Sphere of Influence AI Agent, and “Rosie” is United’s Recruiting AI Assistant. These AI agents help agents and brokers by maintaining and nurturing an agent’s sphere of influence and handling recruiting workflows.  The program incorporates an LLM with a conversational AI assistant and automated AI agents.

Easy access technologies on the platform

With the help of BullseyeAI, agents are able to manage contact data and write follow-up messages, commence automated email marketing campaigns and navigate courses in United’s Learning Academy.

“BullseyeAI is a dramatic step forward, transforming our platform from a system of tools into an intelligent partner that anticipates needs, adapts in real time and elevates performance in ways that were simply not possible before,” said David Dickey, United’s chief product and technology officer.

The platform has been built and strengthened for years to swiftly deliver agentic tools to real estate professionals. BullseyeAI is available at no additional cost and is structured with the intentions of increasing agent productivity.
