Singer, songwriter, actor and more, Joe Jonas, has listed his former L.A. mansion for $4 million. The home sits in Sunset Square, a historic neighborhood in Hollywood known for its early 20th century architecture.
Styled by renowned L.A. architect Paul Williams who ensured both intimacy and luxury, the four bedroom, six bathroom mansion spans across the main and guest houses. Featured amply throughout the years in Architectural Digest, the home is the face of classic elegance.
Jonas’ quick real estate turn-around
Jonas purchased the home in May 2014 for $2.9 million from the former Sony Pictures Television executive Sheraton Kalouria and resided there for only a year-and-a-half . It was originally built in the 1930s then revamped by the current owner, according to Robb Report.
After this, it was sold to interior designer Erin Featherstone and American rock musician Gabe Saporta in December 2015. The couple had owned the home for seven years before it was sold to Martha Gulati, a well-known cardiologist. As of September 2025, it is for sale.
