Brown Harris Stevens (BHS) has kicked off into 2026 with promising growth and a bright future for the brokerage. They’ve welcomed new agents to their brokerage in early 2026 building up from a record-breaking 2025 in growth. The new agents promise to keep the confidence that allowed the firm to beat performances from the past seven years.
Outperforming their pre-covid records
BHS, the 150 year old institute trusted by northeast and south Floridian buyers, still has no fear of slowing down after closing down the 2025 year on a high note. In 2025, the brokerage concluded the year with an 88 percent year-over-year agent growth compared to the previous 2024 period.
The exponential growth of new agents looks impressive even compared to pre-covid years. BHS also saw more agents join the firm in 2025 than any full year since 2019.
