A strategic expansion in commercial real estate
The acquired brokerage, which was founded in 2004, built a 22-year reputation as a strictly commercial real estate firm. Its services focus on “specializing exclusively in industrial, office, land, and investment real estate”, according to Newswire.

As part of the transaction, the firm will continue operating as a separate Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise within CBTREC. The brokerage will have the ability to preserve its specialized commercial identity while benefiting from the resource expansion and operational support that comes with a larger organization.
