December has marked the close of another benchmark year for Brown Harris Stevens (BHS), highlighted by the real estate firm’s newest addition to its Miami division, the Arca Group. Led by a team of four female agents, Jenny Gonzalez, Rocio Useche, Adriana Sanchez, and Diana Yocum, the group has totaled more than $600 million in collective career sales prior to joining BHS.
“We’re thrilled to welcome The Arca Group to Brown Harris Stevens Miami,” David Deza, Managing Director of BHS Miami, said in a statement. “Their commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with our mission, and their deep market expertise enhances our continued, thoughtful growth.”
Combined the Arca Group has brought over 50 years of experience in representing everyone from international to out-of-state to local buyers, sellers and investors. Their union with BHS Miami comes off the heels of the firm’s 88% percent increase in agent growth year-over-year compared to this time in 2024.
Faces behind the Arca Group
Along with extensive experience with South Florida’s ever-changing luxury market, the group brings expert backgrounds, concierge-level service, a deep market expertise and a global client base.
Gonzalez’s over 20-years of working in the industry has lent itself to an impressive resume—with the broker’s client connections spreading across Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia. She has also been at the helm of sales out of Miami’s prestigious Buildings One, Two, and Three. Similarly, Useche has nearly two decades of experience with a trust-centric approach to working with clients.
When it comes to international clientele, Yocum has accumulated contacts in Spain beginning as far back as 2018. She currently specializes in luxury condo sales across Brickell, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach.
Sanchez’s background includes holding the title of Leader of Cultural Relations Affairs for Venezuela’s Australian Embassy and founder of a Miami-based marketing agency. Her specialty lies in meticulous attention to detail and skilled negotiation.

A collaborative future for the union
Both BHS and the Arca Group are expected to find further success for the firm in 2026.
“Agents are choosing Brown Harris Stevens because they want a brokerage that values integrity and invests in their success,” Deza noted. “What we’ve seen this year is the result of building a culture where talented professionals feel supported and empowered. The Arca Group embodies the caliber of agent we’re proud to attract.”
Gonzalez echoed similar sentiments in her statement on the union.
“Our clients trust us for bespoke guidance, meticulous strategy, and a white-glove experience that considers every detail,” she said. “Partnering with Brown Harris Stevens lets us elevate that standard, deepen our commitment to the communities we serve, and stay true to our mission-driven focus on meticulous client service and meaningful local impact.”
