Carlton Fields long Florida history
Carlton Fields, founded by Giddings Mabry with help from his father (Milton Mabry) and Doyle Carlton (Florida’s 25th Governor), has been practicing law for over 120 years starting at their first and central Tampa office.
The firm has 12 offices reaching both California and the northeast, having developed a strong reputation in Florida. The firm was ranked as the 17th best law firm in Florida by the Vault.
Carlton’s strong history and foundation of prioritizing DEI allowed the company to house over 350 lawyers across their offices. Susan’s inclusion as a shareholder in the West Palm Beach division could lead to a stronger focus on these practices and brighter future for the firm.
