The upgraded system, which became fully operational in April 2025, replaces the agency’s legacy interface with a more intuitive and mobile-friendly portal. Real estate agents, brokers, inspectors, and education providers can now access a unified dashboard that allows for faster license renewals, application submissions, and status tracking—all from a single login.

TREC’s decision to overhaul its online systems was largely driven by user feedback and the growing demands of a booming real estate market. According to internal data, TREC processes more than 120,000 active license renewals annually.
